Hardware Design

We develop custom electronics for your needs – from requirements gathering and component selection to schematic capture, layout design and mechanical integration.

Our competences are focused on Altium Designer and PADS to provide designs ranging from high-speed analog designs to complex digital designs (ARM, x86, FPGAs and GPUs) as well as mixed-signal designs.

FPGA Design

We develop FPGA solutions for projects which require rapid developments or feature high-performance processing requirements unmet by processors yet too small series for ASICs.

Our engineers have years of experience with VHDL and Verilog designs for AMD (Xilinx) and Intel (Altera) FPGAs. Furthermore, we are a proud member of the AMD Adaptive Computing Partner Program.

Software Development

We offer tailor-made firmware and software development for custom hardware. Our competences range from tiny microcontroller designs (ARM Cortex-M) to high-end multimedia processor designs (ARM Cortex-A) to supporting PC and cloud software.

Industrial Design

We support the entire design process starting with product conceptualization, industrial design and 3D visualization, mechanical engineering and DFM to prototyping and production for industrial, consumer, medical and outdoor applications among others.

Our designers use Solid Edge and SolidWorks and have experiences with various materials, including various plastics, metals, woods and glasses, dictated by the product requirements and operating environment conditions.

Manufacturing & Support

We offer production services that covers prototyping, small scale production and large scale production of electronics and product assemblies. We strive to provide turnkey solutions for all our clients by covering component and PCB sourcing, PCB assembly, production testing of the assembled PCBs, production of the housings and the final assembly of electronics in the housings.

The prototyping and small scale production are handled in-house using a top of the line pick-and-place machine together with a reflow oven from Swiss Essemtec. The large scale production is organized in collaboration with our long-term partners.

Compliance & Certification

The complexity of electronic products as well as their compliance testing and certification requirements for European and Northern American markets has increased significantly in recent decades. We support our clients, if requested, with compliance testing in accredited laboratories and with regulatory approvals for developed products.

Furthermore, we have extensive knowledge of RFID and NFC systems dating back to early 2000s, and we have established in-house capabilities for developing EMV compliant payment terminals to process transactions using MasterCard and Visa schemes.
